Maybe someone can help me on a welding problem.when I'm welding sheet metal on my 69 i always get small pinholes after the weld is finished i don't want to weld it anymore because it gets worse,is there a problem with putting filler over these pinholes or will they rust out from behind.is there someway of filling these hole before putting filler over them.
Thanks for the info on the POV15.

It would by my guess that you are using flux-core wire instead of shielding gas. Check out CT July issue. Professor Hammer addresses that problem pretty well

HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF 2 PART ADHESIVES FOR METAL. ALOT LESS WARPAGE ON SHEET METAL, ALOT LESS PREPING AND FILLER WORK, AND ALOT QUICKER, EASY TO DO. ONLY ONE DRAW BACK FILLER WONT STICK TO IT SO IT HAS TO BE A CLEAN EDGE OR FLANGED EDGE...DONT USE IT FOR STRUCTAUL BONDING. I GUEE THATS 2 THINGS ...VERY EASY TO USE JUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS...YOU CAN GET A QUICK CURE TIME OR A SLOW CURE...LORD FUSOR PRODUCT OR DURAMIX... IM IN THE BODYTRADE AND WE USE THIS TYPE OF PRCEEDURE ALL THE TIME.ESPECIAL FPR SOME OF THE RUSTY PANEL REPLACEMENTS.ALOT FASTER CLEANER LESS LABOUR INTENSIVE
