What is the wheelbase(center-center) of a 1950 short bed F1? I'd also like to know if possible, widths, front and rear, face to face. I'm interested in dropping my body onto a newer chassis. I have access to either a 2004 Tahoe or possibly a 2003 Suburban and am hoping either of these will be close enough so this would be possible without many modifications.
Thanks-ODB

The wheelbase of the F-1 is 114". My book does not have the other measurments that you need If you are doing a swap the main measurment is the wheelbase and the other ones will have to be adjusted to fit. good luck..Dude

The Tahoe and Sub will be to wide and to long. Try finding a S-10 standard cab. Try this site.
