What year Seats will fit in the front of 72 c10 pickup. Would like to find a 40/60 split with fold down console. This is my frist truck, I have some spare time to work on. any site or info. for a 1972 4x4 longbox, would be great help for my project truck.  

Classic Truck did a tech piece on the topic in the last, say, 3 years (2004, I think).  Don't remember all the details, as it was fairly extensive, but seats from most late model chevy trucks/vans/suvs will swap right into your 72 C10.  I have a 69 C20 and am looking to do the same -- I'm thinking the bucket seats from an '02 Avalanche would look nice, but I'm not sure about the clearance for my floor shifter.  Good luck!
