I have a 1955 3100 chevy truck that was a farm truck about 10 years ago.  I'm moving and need to sell it but I can't figure out what to ask for it.  The pricing guides on the internet vary widely.  The engine is not the original engine and the truck needs a lot of work but it's got the wrap around corner windows and looks in good shape on the body. It's been sitting for a long time but has new brakes. Does anyone have an idea of how I can price this acurately? I want to price it to sell but don't want to sell myself short, so to speak. Any advice would be a big help.

Hey thanks, I don't even have a ball park idea.  One guy offered me $700, but about three years ago someone else offered $2,800. Quite a difference.  

I would watch ebay or craigslist to see what other trucks of similar condition are going for.  I wouldn't take any low ball offers as you might get more if you do your research.  Find out where any rust may be and any modifications that have been done.  Good luck.  

Hey guys i'm new at this i dont mean to go off yalls subject but i was just wondering how much yall think my 58' apache stepside  (this truck belongs to my buddy that said it was restored about 11 years ago but has been sittitng in a shop unused but out of weather for some time, but however it does have the exspected neglect issues that im sure that you all are aware of it is 100% all origanl condition... it is a 250 in-line 6 cylender with a foot push starter it is a step side it is aqua green color it is also original wverything on it works and i mean EVEYTHING..so if yall could tell me what yall think it would be appreiciated.....thanks
