Hello all. I am brand new to this forum and would like some advise. I have a '72 custom deluxe that came with a white with orange and black plad seat. This seat is in need of replacement but I don't want to change it. I have seen this type of seat in differant colors that have been recovered but I don't know where to find them. Please help... If anyone knows where I can get one please let me know. Thanks for the time. Steve

Steve,  Welcome and congrats on your truck.  I would suggest that you get a couple of the catalogs that are out there.  Harmons, LMC or Year One.  You can type their names into a search engine and that will get you to their site.  Several of them will give you a free catalog for signing up with the web site.  They will have most of the parts listed on-line for you too.  Classic Muscle lists what you are looking for for $269.95.  Part number is 71tsd26b.
The best is to get the catalogs and check prices.  Good Luck.  The Mower Doc

I have tried the above web sites and have had no luck. They appear to not be in service when I attempt to log on to them. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Steve

Okay, I got in touch with tuckersparts and they said that they could not help me. The guy said that he has heard that I can get the fabric that I need but he has no idea where. YearOne tells me that there is no such thing as orange plaid and never has been...I guess that I am seeing things when I look in my truck. The only place that I have not been able to get to yet is the Classic Mucle web site so again any help would be great! Thanks again. Steve
