87 c10 ls1 6 speed swap, any help?

whats up everybody, ive got an 87 r10, 1/2 ton shortbed, it came with the throttle body 350 engine, its great and all that, but i want something special, so im thinkin since its efi anyway, ill go with a ls1 or ls6 with a 6 speed, now some troubles i know of are going to be fuel pressure and wiring, so if anyone can help me with some tips if they've done it before id greatly appreaciate it
