New Member Intro

Hello I am new to this forum and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Jose, I am 48 years old and live in a small town called Nambe (14 miles north Of Santa Fe)NM. I am a regular on about 10 or so other forums. I am starting The third rebuild of the First vehicle I owned. It is a 1959 Apache s/w big window. This is an old picture from about 1985

I am istalling a 76 Nova subframe. I have a 427ci BBC of a67? Chevelle. A TH400 auto and a whole lot of other parts I have been saving over the years (It's been parked for about 10 years).
 
 I am into all types of cars. Here of some of my others that I have at this time (I've owned alot),

Welcome aboard Jose!  Your truck looks pretty good in this picture. Sounds like it's gonna be even better the next go-around. Your old Plymouth looks cool in the rear with tail light openings. Thanks the picture of the truck was taken after the second restoration during my college days. It was running a strong 327 with a camaro manual three speed. The Plymouth has a lot of work done to it already. The drivetrain is a rebuilt flathead 6 with a three speed w/od. New cluch ,pp,fw.. The body has a good list. hood peaked and pancaked,rounded corners, debadged, frenched headlights, removed doorhandles and dripedge, sunken antanne, and yes the rear fenders are extended and molded to fit 54 Merc taillamps. And it's not a bondo buggie. everything is done in metal with a thin coat of filler to smooth it out. Whats holding me from finishing that car is the fabing of the frame for the interior. I'm going with wraparound Riviera rear seat, and Thunderbird bucket and counsle in the front.
