I have run into a similar problem,I have a slick set of vette wheels i would like to use on my 69 c-10 build. Ive found several places on line and local that will make custom rear axles for around $230-$250.I'm now trying to find replacement rotors since I have already done a disc brake conversion on the front.Trying to find 4.75 rotors w/the same inner bearing diameter and rotor o.d. as the early (1972 c-10 doner veh.) to set up the front.Any clues?

If there are companies out there that can make custom axles for your choice of bolt pattern, then they ought to be able to redrill the bolt pattern on your rotors as well. Just have the holes drilled in between the original stud holes on the smaller circle. Think about it fellas, it's no different than bolting a set of multi bolt pattern wheels on your ride. That way you don't have to mess with changing brake calipers, bearings etc. other than with new parts that was designed for your truck. Any good machinist that knows what he's doing should be able to do this with ease.  Good Luck
