Hope some one can help I have bought a 1959 Chevrolet Apache that is with my friend in Austin in Texas. I have to pay 22% duty on it as an import to the UK unless it is over 50 years old .The VIN number shows it as a 1959 but I understand that they produce vehicles from the Sept of the year before . Is there any way I can date the build ?? Number is
