62 f100

I have a lot of experience with older chevy trucks, but unable to find them any more around here for a reasonable price, I purchased a 62 f100 that was in decent shape. The only problem is I know nothing about fords, and I don't have any ford parts laying around. Where is a good place to get parts for the 62 year model and information about them?

Anyplace I find online either is only chevy or, if they have ford parts, completely skip the 1960 range of trucks for some reason. If I am lucky enough to come across a site with some parts they are about 7X the price of all the others and only carry a few parts.

My biggest fear is the front end. I haven't even see the Leaf spring/I-beam suspension in person before and can't find any parts for it. It seems as if everyone is either replacing the front clip or putting on some kind of IFS kit. But most of those options cost more than I hoped to put into the entire truck.

Sorry for the long post and thanks.
