i have just pickup up a 64 c10 in very nice orj sjape and has had a spindle swap i think cause it a 5 lug and i know they are 6 from chevy...what i need to know is do they make a kit to make the c10 a panel truck /suburban...if not thats cool ill just build a c10 also need to know if anyone has any pics of a build of bagging the front of one of some frame pics...i know all i need is to z the frame to just about lay body then cut 2 inch off the frame to lay true body ...just new to the chevys and need some insite on them

No there is no kit. Go to top and click on features, page 4 the blue 64. Or get the june isue of Custom Classi Trucks There is one done like you want. Its on there web site also.

what im looking for is the frame geting bagged ...i need pics to see what all i need to do to the front to get it to lay

oh and something else i need to know what motor comes stock and what will bolt up with out custom engine mounts..cause i have access to a chevy 283 ..but need to try and find a tranny that would bolt up...

ok got the truck to my place now and was looking at what parts i need ..so ill post what i need to see if anyone has some orj worn parts...rear bumper ,both window cranks, gas pedal , hood light trim , head light trim , and something else i need to know is what motor mount will i need for a 283 need some info please

ok bro most small blocks will bolt right up to any trany and engine mounts, and if you want to bag you 64 what i would do if you dont care about keeping the wood bed is cut out the bottom metal part of a 72 short bed it fits right in the 64 bed that would give you something to weld to when you put the hump for the c-noch if not then look into fabing up a good cover and make sure you seel it good so not to mess up the wood i would start with the rear of the truck then go to the front
