CAN AY ONE TELL ME IF THE CAB IS THE SAME ON A 1100 TRUCK AS A 3100 PICKUP? WILL 3100 FENDERS FIT?

They are the same. Same with Ford the only diferance in the big and small trucks is the fenders. the big have larger wheel radious.Thats the best way to find a rust free cab is the big trucks have a lot better chance of being rust free.
