If you haven't seen it already we are experiencing problems with images for our sites. This issue has been submitted to our development team and should be resolved shortly.
If you have any questions or concerns please let us hear them.

The image problem for the site has been resolved. Our development team wanted to standardize the image sizes for all of the sites the company manages. As you can see that didn't work so well, but anyways things are as they were before our image disaster.

Well here is a possible solution for those who want to reply to the forum. This maybe only possible through VISTA. Click on REPLY TO POST ( you may only be able to see REPLY) Then write your reply. ( you will not be able to see some of the words typed , believe me they are there. When finished move done just below the area where you had just replied to the post and right click on your mouse, click on ENCODING ( a side menu will show up, click on RIGHT TO LEFT DOCUMENT. This will throw your screen to the right, Look for the word POST and click. PS If you don't right click on your mouse below the typed area you will not be able to see the ENCODING menu( CLICK UNDER the word INSTRUCTIONS
