MY GUESS IS YOUR CARB IS MISSING? IF IT HAS A CAST IRON 4 BARREL INTAKE IT HAD A ROCHESTER QUADRAJET.AS FAR AS YOUR CARB AND WATER PUMP QUESTIONS, THESE ARE OVER THE COUNTER PARTS AT YOUR LOCAL NAPA STORE,TELL THEM YOU WANT A WATER PUMP FOR A '69 WITH FACTORY A/C THEN YOU'LL FIND OUT IF IT'S LONG OR SHORT. IF THE TRUCK HAD FACTORY A/C AND YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL MOTOR THEN YOUR BRACKETS AND PULLEYS SHOULD WORK. BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT WATER PUMP TO USE, I'M ASSUMING YOU DON'T HAVE THE ORIGINAL MOTOR.I'M PRETTY SURE CLASSIC INDUSTRIES HAS THE OEM PULLEYS AND BRACKETS,BUT YOU'LL HAVE TO CHECK. THE BIG BLOCK STUFF IS EXTREMLY HARD TO FIND IN JUNKYARDS. YOU MAYBE BETTER OFF DOING AN AFTERMARKET OR OEM SERPENTINE SETUP.(THINK LATE MODEL 1 TON BIG BLOCK TRUCK AT JUNKYARD)HOPE THIS HELPS.
