twin I beam or drop axle??

I have a 1963 ford f100 with a drop axle in it and was woundering how important a twin I beam front suspension is? it seems to handle and ride just fine but my oppinion doesent meen anything.

Are you wanting to change to the twin I-beam? It would be alot of work to change. There are other ways to smooth out your ride with what you have . What do you use the truck for and what kind of roads do you drive on plus light traffic or heavy , weekend or daily driver?

i am only thinking about changeing to a twin I-beam if it absolutaly necisary. As of right mow the truck is just a work truck but will soon become a every day driveing truck on low traffic roads, and their most all going to be crapy asphalt roads, and some good.
