I had a guy tell me that there's an adapter plate out there that will allow me to put a TUNEPORT off of a 350 on to my 454. I'm no rookie but is this possible? He claims that all I have to do is buy this plate and the loop system and I can use a tuneport off of a 350.

In my humble opinion I would say not likely. You are asking the intake system to flow air for an engine that's about 30% bigger than it was designed for. I think GM has a different system for a reason. Otherwise look at the money they could save if one intake system fit all of their engines from the 350 to 454.
If you see this guy again, ask him exactly where this plate is found and why isn't everyone talking about it. If I'm wrong I would sure like to learn more about this one.

I'm sure someone has made an adapter to do the job but as HB says it comes with it's own set of problems e.g flow rate, computer calibration,air/flow mix, it may effect the whole dynamics of the motor and the way the computer reads the sensors.
Forced induction wsill solve some of the problems, but you will still have to re-calibrate the computer etc.
