I'm in the home stretch! I've been working on a severely damaged cab -hit at the drivers door pillar so bad it buckled the firewall and floorboard. There were also some rust problems....
I've been using an article In Classic Trucks (Feb 2008) as my primary guideline for doing this repair, and have very little experience in body repair.
I have everything straightened out now except for the gusset on the lower hinge pocket -the ones on the truck are missing -rusted off. I cant find new ones anywhere, so I'm gonna make them. I guess I'm going to have to find a truck to look at and take some measurements to get this right.
Anyone got any other info, or suggestions?

CHECK OUT LMC TRUCK CATALOG ON WEB. THEY HAVE LOTS OF METAL REPLACEMENT PARTS WITH A GOOD BREAKDOWN DIAGRAM. I THINK THEY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED.
