Anyone have any information on what rear ends can be used under a 1959 chevy 3100 and maintain the 6 lug wheels?

Later GMC used leave spring 6 lug or you may have to shave the brackets off the later Chevy and replace them with leaf spring mount brackets. Toyota has the same stub pattern, but I wouldn't tell \ya mates that you have a toyota in a Chevy. that would be grounds for execution. Also late model Astro van is 6 stub but I think they are in MILIMETRES, which is slightly different.

If you ever did use Toyota what out for there bore sizes. There much larger than Chevy 6-lug wheels.

Any 4x4 chevy 1/2 ton, they all run the same pattern up to 87.  We used 3/4 ton axels from a 84 suburban and they bolted right in.
