1979 Ford F-250 bed

I have a 1979 Ford F-250 XLT Ranger. The bed on my truck is sitting crooked. I have heard from people that this is a common problem with this year of fords and chevys. What can I do to fix this problem. I am on a tight budget and all the info you guys can give will be helpful.

I forget what post it was but someone had this problem with with there cab on custonclassictrucks.com and they fixed it by replacing the bushings.

there are washers/shims between the bed and the perch/frame mount...add or delete some from the underneath...
