I was driving in a remote part of Tanzania [East Africa] when I came across this Dodge, the owner couldn't furbish me with enough information. Can anyone fill me in please? What model...approximate year of manufacture [range] etc. I want to buy it, but would like to know if the parts are available.

The motor works fine, it has a handle at the front for crancking the engine.

Your picture is kind of small but it does look like a fargo.
