Welcome . I am working on the same model truck. I have not found anyone selling new fenders and good used ones are as rare as hens teeth.. Grin
Northern Classic Trucks , I have talked with and they are making both lower sections in steel $550.00 a pair. I talked with them several months ago and they were still making them. check with them to see if they have them yet. 586-254-2835
I am going to try and fix mine first. If I am not successful I will go to bank and get loan Grin ............Dude FL  Cool
PS I have found a lot of helpful info on WWW.Fordbarn.com
