I am mocking up my front end this weekend and my truck cab was bolted directly to the frame on the front. My question is:
How thick are the factory bushings so I can adjust the proper clearance to align my sheet metal?
Thanks guys!

The only thing I could find in the assembly manual was that the rear cab shackles should be shimmed to provide 3/4" clearance between the cab and the frame. Everyone has trouble with lining up the front sheet metal because the fit sucked from the factory. You may have to shim things accordingly. Just take you time so you aren't contantly chasing your tail! Good luck!
