I have a 71 Big Block Vette that i enjoy but thought I might like having a pickup for odd hauling of stuff.  Is it advisable or practical to get a vintage pickup and also use it daily around town? what should I be looking for and what should I avoid? thanks...Ed..

Ed , these are old trucks and they ride and perform as such . Of course they can be modified to run and drive like a " Caddy " if you're willing to put the time and money into them . I love my old truck ! You could buy one that's already had the work done or get one and enjoy the journey that would elevate it to whatever level you desire . As for a daily driver , either version can be a lot of fun !
