Hi there guys,
I've just signed up for the forum and what a good one it is! I have a 56 big window effie i imported into Australia from Fresno CA. I actually pick it up from the importer tommorow and i cant wait to get stuck into it! It currantly runs a 390ci & C6 auto and is fairly stock! My plans are to put air bags under itso it can sit in the weeds and im going to run a hemi headed big block ford 557ci and toploader in it and going to build it as a mild custom with suade paint and pin strips and luevered hood! Will post some picks and a profile when i get some taken!

Good on ya mate I guess you would have run a Hemi with that forum name of yours. But word of advice, when I was last in the land of the little Johnny, whoops, I mean Ruddy, someone told me they were putting a stop to those running adjustable airbags due to the lowering limits, if you do disconnect the adjuster for rego.
Guess that is why I'm not there too much these days,TOO MANY LIMITATIONS.
PS are you up there with EFFIE from the forum from the banana bending state.

Hi mate,
they have put a stop to those new rules on air bags so its all good! I run a 557ci big block ford with a set of Jon Kassie Boss9 heads on order so a hemi headed ford i guess you would say! I wanted a 392 hemi but have had no luck finding any well that aren't priced through the roof!Dont know of any re-buildable ones do you? No Im not a Bananna bender im down in NSW thank god!!

Well thats not a bad thing, spent all my time in the ACT, yeh I know, the home of the Public servants, but way too strict for regos. But had my share of engineers for clearing the trucks. Certainly was an advantage over here, plenty of freedom.
The Pomona swapmeet is coming up, you can find some weird and wonderful stuff there. I come across some Hemi motors,I'll take some notes next for some more contacts, I do ship out every now and then.
