I BOUGHT THIS CAB OFF OF A 68 DUMP TRUCK. ONE ROCKER WAS REPLACED AND INSTALLED WRONG AND THE OTHER SIDE WAS ROTTED COMPLETELY. THERE IS NOT ALOT HOLDING IT TOGETHER. I DID THE BEST I COULD WITH WHAT I HAD FOR NEW PARTS. I THINK I AM OK FOR NOW. I COULD USE THE MEASUREMENT FROM THE BACK OF THE CAB TO THE CENTER OF THE FRONT WHEEL. I'M BUILDING A 68 AND PUTTING IT ON A 95 CHASSIS USING THE 95 FLOOR AND FIRE WALL EVEN THOUGH THE CAB IS AROUND 6INCH LONGER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE!!!

i drew a drawing of my cab when i was trying to put my cab on an 89 frame, the measure ment you need is 73" +/- 3/16". my drawing has 72 1/8 but i just checked it from the rear of the cab to the center of the lower ball joint of the wheel.

i ended up not using the frame myself, besides the 89 frame being wider the cab was 4 inches longer than mine so i had to cut the frame anyway. i ended up getting rid of the frame and just cutting my frame on my longbed.

i uploaded a picture of the drawing i did for the cab. here is the link

i have frame widths and more on the drawing, i can even get other dimensions for you if you need.
Puting your 68 on a 95 and using the floor and firewall seems like ALOT of work. good luck. remember to take pictures of your project. Alot of ppl would like to see what you are doing and how you do it. Im one of those ppl.
