I am very new at this, and just starting to restore a 1953 Chevy truck and I am trying to figure what type of screw it is that I have ran into in the doors that hold the window and door lock assembly in place. I just need to know where I can find the right tool to get these out. Thanks a million. T.J.

They are called clutch head screws. You'll find them all over those trucks. I have a 53 pickup as well.
You can find them here:

http://classicindustries.com/controller.cfm?type=product&action=keywordSearch&keyword=clutch%20screwdriver&productSearchCatalogId=0&productYearId=0

Copy and paste that address into your browser window, it will take you right to the page on Classic Industries website that has the screwdriver set. Good luck on the truck.
