Hey, guys, I want to redo the brakes on my '63 pickup but I'm not certain the best way to do this. The original truck has those half-cylinder front brakes (what was Ford thinking?) and I'd like to maybe upgrade to a better brake. Not sure about a disc brake conversion either. Has anybody out there ever tackled this job? Any advice? Thanks!

Sacramento Vintage ford is one supplier that has the disc brake conversion ..
The complee kit is about $400.00 and the economy kit is $175.00.  Dude
