59 Apache switch to 4wD

I have a 1959 3100 Apache and was wondering how difficult it would be to change the RWD to 4WD. I know the front end is just a straight axle, so do I just get a front axle off of a newer 4WD truck with the same wheelbase and do the whole transfer case bit and get a front drive shaft made for it. Or is there more to this?
