Just picked up a 1948 Chevy COE cab and 78 Chevy Dually crew cab chassis. Where is the best place to find parts for COE's? Any and all info would be great. Looking to start an exclusive COE club site in the next few weeks. Thanks 48 COE

Body parts are going to be hard to find unless there is a salvage yard close to you that has some coe's.. I haven't seen many in the yards i have been to,http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p281/tailgaterdude/File0022.jpg[/IMG]] but their out there. I used to drive a '58 snubnose.....Dude

Well the COE boys are coming out of their shells. And yeh you are right you are going to find it hard to get the parts. But you may find some help in the Swapmeet section. You will eventually build up enough contacts to get the job completed. I just sold some parts for a 58. But my lastest is a 47 FORD ( whoops is that a bad word in the Chevy section)

Hey Mike! It don't matter if it's an old Dodge, Ford, Chevy-GMC Hudson, Studebaker or even an International for that matter, as long it's not any of that Foreign P O S junkbox crap. That stuff has no business in a classic truck mag. or forum. That's my opinion and I'm stickin' to it.

What's up with the sensoring on my last comment? I didn't type it that way. If it offends someone from there, that's too F'n bad. We're in America, deal with it!

The sensor is a computer generated from our servers. Every time I hear or see Bloody hell it reminds me of Harry Potter. Ohh the shame.
