I have rewired the entire truck and i am left with a green wire from the heater control which is supposed to go to the compressor. Problem is I dont know where the wire connects to and i dont know which piece is the compressor. Everything about the heater works except switching from where the heat comes from. Thanks for the help.

The truck used to have air conditioning but the previous owner took it out. I can't change from where the heat comes out of. It just comes from the floor vent. I can't change it to the window defrost...I physically change from the switch but nothing happens
