I have a 1966 chevy pickup and would like to know what type of stock electrical harness for under the dash I should get? Also are there any simple steps to putting one in? Or where could I get that information from? Any and all help greatfully accepted.

Google Ron Francis Wiring. They should be able to help you out.

I've heard both Ron Francis and American Autowire are both good. M & H Wiring is also a good place if you are looking for a factory style replacement set-up, only made with modern materials. They can have all of the factory connectors in place or can also custom make pretty much anything you need. Early Classic has been dealing with them for quite a while and have been very satisfied with the quality of M & H.

It is not a factory harness system, but Hot Rod Wires offers a great and easy to install harness. The harness is complete from fuse block out to all the lights and internals. The harness is color matched to factory wiring and only costs about $300
