i would like to take a 1969 chevy truck back to the origanl color i know that it was green but the code is gone so i cant find the right green i have looked all over the web i know thet when it was made it was a green can any one help

Try going to a store that mixes automotive paint for professional body shops. They should have a paint chart for the 69 chevy trucks and you should be able to pick out the original color from the color chart. Another opition is sometimes they can color match if you can find a place on the truck that still has the original color maybe behind the seat inside the cab or behind the gas tank.
