when I bought my 67 C30 (327) the previous owner told me he just did a oil change with 10W50 oil. Is that a normal thing with an older 327 or should I go to a 10W30 at the next change? Thanks Bill

Unless its a real high milage motor 10/30 with zinc additive will suffice fine, thats all I use, with 180k on my truck.
