My grandparents have this old GMC 250 on their farm. It's been sitting in the same spot my entire life. All I know about it is that it's a GMC 250 and that it's from the 50's. I haven't found anything similar in my research which leads me to believe that the back half of this truck is not stock. Any info would be nice. Thanks.

can you open the hood...

check the ID plate on the firewall...

can you look for a serial number/VIN plate riveted to the drivers door JAM..   or the dashboard or windshield post...

you might also want to check the visor for some kind of registration that might have the VIN number on it..

the trucks serial /vin number is also stamped into the top of the frame rail..  somewhere between the back of the bumper and the firewall...

hard to tell if thats an original bed..
